  • Item must come back exactly as you got it — unworn, unwashed, tags on, no signs of use.
  • You ship it back, we ship the new one out. Your credit equals what you paid — no hidden shipping fees deducted.
  • Store credit lives in your account and applies automatically at checkout.

Why no refunds?

We're a small team curating each piece carefully. Sticking with exchanges and credit keeps our prices honest and our inventory moving — which means more new arrivals for you. We promise it's still a breeze.

Damaged on arrival?

It's rare, but it happens. Snap photos as soon as you open the package and start an exchange right away. We'll get you a replacement or full store credit fast — but still no cash refunds, even here.

Items we can't exchange

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags
  • Undergarments and swimwear (hygiene)
  • Shoes without the original undamaged box

How long do I have?

You have 30 days from delivery to start an exchange. After that, items aren't eligible.
