Item must come back exactly as received — unworn, unwashed, tags on, no signs of use. If we can't resell it, we can't credit you.

Credit or swap

No cash refunds. Get store credit (your full purchase amount) or exchange for something else.

Who pays for shipping?

You cover return shipping. We cover the outbound on your replacement. Your credit isn't reduced — it equals what you paid.

Got something damaged on arrival?

We're so sorry! Snap photos right away and start your exchange. We'll get a replacement or store credit moving fast — even shipping damage is handled with an exchange or credit, not a refund.

Most exchanges approve in seconds

Our AI checks the photos you upload for condition issues. If everything looks great, your return label gets emailed instantly. If anything looks off, a human takes a look — usually within a few hours.
