•  Small: 14–18 inches flat → 28–36 inches full circumference (relaxed to stretched; ~4 inches of stretch/give from the elastic + drawstring)

•  Medium: 15–19 inches flat → 30–38 inches full circumference

•  Large: 16–20 inches flat → 32–40 inches full circumference
